Thrive believes in holistic wellness and providing education for our community to take an active role in their health and well-being. Yoga greatly benefits mobility and flexibility in the body and spine, releases physical and emotional stress, and supports an active lifestyle. All yoga classes are taught by certified yoga instructors, Alyssa Valdez and Dr. Angela Young (RYT 200). We offer a wide range of classes including prenatal yoga classes with Dr. Young, a certified prenatal yoga teacher. Whether you are an experienced yogi or a complete beginner, come practice in a supportive and relaxing environment!
